The Royal Kovalam Beach Club occupies an elevated position on the hillside and is only a few moments’ walk to the most popular of Kovalam’s beaches, Lighthouse Beach. The property comprises of 14 apartment units with en suite shower, cable television, refrigerator as well as coffee and tea making facilities. Some apartments have a terrace and comfortable chairs to take in the magnificent views.
One of the greatest features of the resort is a large rooftop swimming pool and children’s pool with sun decks, loungers, umbrellas and shady palms. There is also a Lighthouse restaurant where one can sample some of Kerala’s famous seafood as well as local dishes.

And if you want to take your little retreat of unwinding and relaxation to the next level, you can opt to experience incredible treatments and authentic Indian Ayurvedic therapies in the 150-year old traditional heritage wooden house. The spa features 3 traditional rooms, a renowned Ayurvedic doctor and his team of specialists. The hotel also provides other facilities and services like excursions and cultural entertainments.

Facilities include two swimming pools, the “Poco Loco” Mexican restaurant, 24 hours reception, evening entertainment, gymnasium, games room, convenience store and excursion desk. Excursions and activities include river cruises, dolphin watching, beach and watersports, trips and excursions. As the resort is on a hillside, it is not recommended for handicapped guests.
